Learn how to design and sew re-usable shopping/grocery bags and mesh produce bags.This class has a minimum of 3 students. If the class has not reached that number a week prior to the class date, all students will be offered a refund or to transfer the value of their ticket.
Class Description
Learn how to design and sew re-usable shopping/grocery bags and mesh produce bags. You will learn how to make bags in sizes that work for you so that you can have a ready stash of bags whenever you need them. We will also discuss some quick hacks to re-use materials to create useful bags quickly.
Project Takeaway
Students will take home 1 shopping bag and 1 mesh drawstring bag.

She is a multi-disciplinary designer and maker with an extensive history of creative projects and pursuits who has worked in a variety of disciplines including architecture, design tech, marketing, prop design and costume design. Jessica loves to combine various media and techniques to create interesting projects ranging from functional decor to wearable tech. She relishes the challenges and thrills of learning new skills and enjoys sharing this experience with others through fun, accessible, and high quality creative educational experiences.
